
Homemade style ZHAJIANG. An original Chinese dish consisting of thick wheat noodles topped with “zhajiang” sauce. The sauce is made by simmering hand minced pork shoulder with onion, blended-fermented soybean paste and pork bone broth. Less salty, more soybean flavor. Serving with Scallion and Cucumber.
Recommended with extra soft-boiled eggs and spicy minced pork sauce.
